✅ 100% Refund – if canceled 24 hours or more before travel time
✅ 75% Refund – if canceled between 6 hours and 24 hours before travel time
✅ 50% Refund – if canceled between 2 hours and 6 hours before travel time
❌ No Refund – if canceled less than 2 hours before the scheduled departure

Refund Processing
Once your cancellation is confirmed, your eligible refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

- Refund amount is based strictly on the cancellation time window.

- Refunds are not applicable on tickets booked under promotional discounts or special fares unless otherwise specified.
